It's that time of year people! Award Season! 

This year I decided to see as many of the movies as I can because well, I'm a dork :) 

So here it goes, The Golden Globes are Tomorrow night (Sunday the 16th) and here are my predictions for the big awards! 

Best Original Score  

Hanz Zimmer- "Inception"

Best Screenplay  

Aaron Sorkin- "The Social Network"

Best Director  

Most Likely to Win: David Fincher- "The Social Network" 

Who should really win: Darren Aronofsky- "Black Swan"

Best Supporting Actor  

Geoffery Rush- "The King's Speech"

Best Supporting Actress  

Helena Bonham Carter- "The King's Speech"

Best Animated Feature Film  

Toy Story 3 

Best Actor-Comedy or Musical  

Johnny Depp will probably win because he is Johnny Depp

Best Actress- Comedy or Musical  

Annette Bening- "The Kids are All Right" hands down, this award is hers! 

Best Motion Picture- Comedy or Musical  

"The Kids Are All Right"- the other films in this category have nothing on this film

Best Actor- Drama  

Colin Firth- "The King's Speech" 

If Jesse Eisenberg wins for "The Social Network" then something is wrong. He was good but not amazing. He might win because of all this Mark Zuckerberg hype. 

Best Actress- Drama  

Natalie Portman- "Black Swan"

Best performance of the year...in my opinion.

Best Motion Picture- Drama 

OK- this one is tough to predict

Either "The King's Speech" will make a clean sweep of the awards. 

"The Social Network" could win due to all the hype (the film is enjoyable but I don't understand why people are giving it Oscar Buzz) 

In my dream world, "Black Swan" would win for its artistry but I think the Award will go to...

 "The King's Speech" 

If you read through all that then..thanks! I hope I at least get a couple of these right! It's always fun to guess.
